Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and cata4d ("Platform", "us"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the cata4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. cata4d reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after such changes is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use cata4d services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Not be a citizen or resident of any country that has blacklisted online betting services.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be listed on any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion programme.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being terminated without any refund of balances obtained through fraud.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate information, including your full name as on your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number and a valid email address. cata4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure requirements.

3. Account Security and Password

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account login details, including your username and password. cata4d recommends that you use a strong, unique password and not share your account information with anyone.

Any activity that occurs in your account is considered to have been carried out by you unless you report any unauthorised access to our support team immediately. cata4d will not be held responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login information secure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the cata4d platform are subject to the following limits and conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing times are between 15 minutes and 2 hours, subject to standard security checks.
• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

cata4d reserves the right to delay or cancel any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering or a violation of platform terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to request additional supporting documents before approving the transaction.

All funds deposited into an account must be legitimately yours. The use of credit cards or third-party bank accounts is prohibited and may result in withdrawals and the account being suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by cata4d are subject to the stipulated wagering requirements. The following are specific terms relating to the welcome bonus:

• The welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,500.
• The wagering requirement is 25 times the value of the bonus received before withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.
• Example: Deposit RM100 — bonus RM100 — balance RM200 — wagering required: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500.
• Example: Deposit RM3,200 — bonus RM1,500 — balance RM4,700 — wagering required: RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts, hedging bets using bonuses, and strategies designed specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, is prohibited. cata4d reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if abuse is found to have occurred.

6. Prohibited Activities and User Responsibilities

cata4d users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automation software, bots or other technical methods to manipulate games or transactions.
• Fraud in any form, including providing false identity information.
• Money laundering or financing illegal activities through the platform.
• Holding more than one account simultaneously or on a rotating basis.
• Sharing an account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
• Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt platform systems.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in permanent account suspension or termination, confiscation of all balances in the account (including cash and bonuses), and legal action where applicable.

7. Fair Play and Random Number Generator

All games available on the cata4d platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent third-party body. This ensures that every spin, hand or betting event is independent and not influenced by previous outcomes.

cata4d cannot influence the outcome of any game and no guarantee of winnings is given to any player. Betting involves financial risk and players are fully responsible for their own betting decisions.

8. Account Suspension, Closure and Termination

cata4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• An official request from the relevant authorities.
• Detection of suspicious or unlawful activity.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be processed once all relevant wagering requirements have been met.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

cata4d provides the betting platform "as is" without any express or implied warranty regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information or suitability for any particular purpose. The platform may experience technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance or performance degradation beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, cata4d will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including gambling losses. Our total liability to any user will not exceed the amount deposited into the relevant account in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the international licensing jurisdiction in which cata4d operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Before bringing any dispute to arbitration, users are required to contact the cata4d customer support team to attempt an amicable resolution within 30 days. cata4d is committed to resolving any issues in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

11. Amendments to Terms

cata4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via an in-platform notice or registered email at least seven days before the changes take effect, except in cases requiring immediate action for security or legal reasons.

Continued use of the platform after the date the amended terms take effect will be considered full acceptance of the modified terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page from time to time.
